Features

  • Foam properties: Low thickness tolerance. Long lasting, constant recovery characteristics.
  • Adhesive properties: Medium tack surface characteristics. Sufficient plate bonding. Easy plate demounting. Sufficient tape bonding towards sleeve side.
  • Addtional property: Structured PP-liner to prevent formation of air pockets when the plate is mounted.

Application fields

Mounting of 1.14 mm (0.045'') and 1.70 mm (0.067'') flexographic printing plates onto steel /alu /PU and glassine cylinders.
