Recyl Part Cleaning

Ink trays, doctor blade chambers, end seals, photopolymer plates and inking units all need cleaning between jobs, and the wrong cleaner swells plates or leaves residue that shows on the next run. Recyl’s parts-cleaning range is matched to the ink system so operators can choose without guesswork. Fortis Industrial stocks it for Malaysian label, flexible-packaging and offset printers. The Quick’Wash family covers daily cleaning of parts and plates by hand, fountain or washing machine: Quick’Wash UV for UV inks and varnishes, Quick’Wash Solvant for solvent-based inks, Quick’Wash Solvant PU for polyurethane-based systems, Quick’Wash Flex for UV or water-based inks across parts, plates and the inking group, and Quick’Wash Premium for general maintenance.

Recyl PK Water Plus is formulated for automatic parts-washing machines and handles a wide range of inks and varnishes. Recyl Clean Waterless is the specialist for waterless offset inks on parts and anilox rolls. Most products are colourless liquids supplied in 20 L jerricans, 220 L drums or 1000 L IBCs, ready to use at around 35 °C, with a 24-month shelf life and EuPIA food-sector certification.
