Who we are
This website is operated by Fortis Industrial Sdn Bhd (Company Reg. No. 201001020459 (904229-V)), F-2-16 Suite 11, IOI Boulevard, Jalan Kenari 5, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47170 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. We process personal data in line with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our form, we collect the details you type: your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the product you are asking about, an optional quantity and your message. We also record the page you sent the form from, your IP address and your browser type. These two technical fields are used only to block spam and abuse.
Browsing the site does not require an account. We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are visited; these tools do not tell us who you are.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry details to reply to you, prepare a quotation and follow up on it. We do not sell or rent your data and we do not send marketing newsletters. Your data is shared only with the service providers that run this website and deliver our email (Vercel, Supabase and Resend), each acting on our instructions.
How long we keep it
IP address and browser type are erased automatically 30 days after you submit the form. Enquiry records themselves are deleted 24 months after they are marked as handled, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing business relationship or a legal requirement.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to further contact. Email all@fortisindustrial.com.my or call (603) 8073 2667 and we will respond within 21 days. If we change this policy, the new version and its date will be published on this page.
