Description
The AniCAM HD™ Plus represents the latest advancement in pre-press inspection devices, offering proven reductions in both Make-Ready-Waste and Job Setup times. By providing precise measurements of Anilox Rolls, Gravure Cylinders, and Flexoplates, it ensures setups are correct on the first try over 90% of the time.
Specifically designed to be a practical and effective tool for every printer, the new AniCAM HD™ Plus ensures consistent and accurate measurements in any production environment. Enhanced vibration compensation, combined with PIXELOC™ technology, eliminates the need for vibration tables, ensuring accurate and repeatable measurements.
The accompanying software is user-friendly, intuitive, and offers automatic focus, setups, and configurations, guaranteeing consistency between operators and press sites.

- X-Axis Micro Adjustment: The X-Axis Micro-Adjuster option allows users to laterally move the analysis head of the camera by up to 10 mm (±5 mm), aiding in the detection of single line engravings with precision.
- MagneCAM: Position an AniCAM HD™ on steel cored cylinders/rolls rotated at any angle, incorporating magnetic legs and special internal drive system.
