tesa® Softprint 73526 FE-X, Medium-Hard is the medium-hard grade in the Softprint FE-X 500 µm series — grade 3 of 4 from soft to hard. One step softer: tesa® Softprint 73524 FE-X, Medium (medium); one step harder: tesa® Softprint 73528 FE-X, Hard (hard).

Features

  • Foam properties: Low thickness tolerance. Long lasting, constant recovery characteristics.
  • Adhesive properties: Low tack surface characteristics. Best plate bonding. Easy plate demounting. Excellent tape bonding towards sleeve side.
  • Flexible PE reinforcement film to compensate for the expansion of thin-walled sleeves.

Application fields

Mounting of 1.14 mm (0.045'') and 1.70 mm (0.067'') flexographic printing plates onto steel /alu /PU and glassine cylinders.
